When you order a gift certificate, please make sure you provide the To and From names that you would like printed on the certificate (or instructions to leave them blank), as well as the correct mailing address for the certificate when you check out. If this information is not provided, we will send a blank certificate for the amount ordered to whatever shipping address is specified in the checkout.
