Eco-Bags is based out of New Jersey, but they are doing manufacturing in India. They use a variety of materials, including certified organic cotton, hemp, and recycled materials, as well as conventional cotton. Their main mission is to eliminate the need for plastic bags by using re-usable bags. Eco-Bags only uses fair trade labor.

This certified organic cotton drawstring bag by Eco-Bags is printed with several different designs using water-based inks for fun and decorative, yet fully sustainable gift wrapping. Not only is the bag completely washable and re-usable as a gift bag, but it also can be used as a produce bag. You can give the added gift of encouraging the recipient to get away from those plastic bags killing sea life in our oceans (over 1,000,000 shore birds and 100,000 sea mammals die each year as a result of ingesting plastic by the way). Please note, the bag is not preshrunk, so it will shrink after washing. Most of our items will fit in this bag, with dimensions of 15"x12" (shrinks to 13.5"x11"). 100% certified organic cotton.
