Return Policy

GreenEdge Kids wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. You can return any merchandise (other than the exceptions noted below) that has not been worn or washed, and that is in its original condition, within 30 days of the original shipment date. GreenEdge Kids will replace the item or refund your purchase price.

GreenEdge Kids will not accept returns of any California Baby products, lip balm, underwear, or any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged.

While GreenEdge Kids pays for return shipping and provides a 30-day return period for your convenience, we ask that you please take care in ordering so that we can minimize returns. Please read product descriptions before ordering. Not only is it expensive to support a liberal return policy, but it is a waste of energy and resources to ship products back and forth if it can be avoided.

Return Shipping

GreenEdge Kids will pay for return shipping for exchanges or returns via UPS, within the United States.  To receive a return mailing label, please contact us at info@greenedgekids.com and we will mail it out to you. 

For small items, or for returns/exchanges from Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico for which air shipping is required, we ask that you send the item(s) via U.S. Postal Service in as small a package as possible.  GreenEdge Kids will credit you for the USPS return shipping shown on the package.  GreenEdge Kids will not be responsible for any lost return packages shipped via USPS.  Your replacement item(s) will be sent via U.S. Postal Service or UPS.

If the item you need to return or exchange was purchased for 50% or less than its full retail price, we will still take back the item, but will ask you to pay for the shipping.

To expedite your return or exchange, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, order number, and a brief explanation of the problem. Please allow up to 30 days for credit to appear on your billing statement.

Gift Exchanges

If the item was a gift, we can issue a refund only to the person who originally placed the order. However, as long as the item is eligible for returns/exchanges (see above), GreenEdge Kids is happy to exchange the item. Please follow the instructions for returns/exchanges, and be sure to include your name, address, and phone number, as well as the name and address of the person who placed the order with GreenEdge Kids.
